Light festival Lux Helsinki illuminates the Parliament Building on 5–9 January 2022 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. The Parliament Building is also part of Lux Morning on 7 January from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

“The Parliament Building belongs to all Finns. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, however, we have not been able to allow visits for a long time. This makes it natural for us to be involved in the Lux event that is open to everyone”, Parliament's Director of Information and Communication Rainer Hindsberg sums up.
