Parliament will vote on whether to approve the decision on Tuesday, 18 May, at a plenary starting at 2 pm (EEST). The first vote will be on the adoption of the Council decision on the
EU’s own resources system on the basis of the Finance Committee report. The Finance Committee report includes eight proposed resolutions. To be adopted, the proposal must be supported by at least two-thirds of the votes cast in the plenary session.
Voting on the proposed resolutions which were included in the dissension of the Finance Committee report would then be put to vote.
The plenary debate on EU’s own resources decision ended on Saturday, 15 May.
